Introducing Sparked, a platform that delivers on the promise of
At Sparked, we're right in the heart of the Social Business revolution. We're helping companies like Kraft Foods, SAP, Teradata, United Health Group - and even the U.S. State Department change the way they do business.
Most Social Business products take a literal approach when adapting social networking concepts to the enterprise. So, you end up with social software that's based on chatter, rather than results. The Sparked platform was built from the ground up to enable the efficient transfer of value from one party to another... and to do it in a way that's meaningful, social, and rewarding. It uses social networking mechanics to unlock the assets of a company to the benefit of customers, employees, community, and the bottom line. So instead of chit-chat, you get results that matter.
How does it work?
The fundamental platform mechanic involves matching and routing a "Request" to a pool of potential "Solvers." After accepting a Request, Solvers collaborate, share, and are rewarded in the process of delivering a solution. And there's always a solution. Whether it's customers helping a brand choose the right marketing message or employees helping a local nonprofit implement a social media strategy, something meaningful gets done.
The Sparked Social Business platform has been hand-crafted by The Extraordinaries, Inc., a C-corp founded in July of 2009 with headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
